Clickxchange is the best but it has changed management since 06/01/2011 - may be thats the reason it is great now.

Garbage site. I run multiple websites, and I have tried a variety of affiliate programs. ClickXchange was the worst. I can't prove it's a scam, but I made sales through every other program I used, and not one sale through ClickXchange. The reason I can't prove it's a scam is because the merchants on ClickXchange aren't the best, and it wouldn't surprise me if my traffic wasn't interested in what these merchants had to offer.

ClickXchange is completely a sham. They don't answer emails, phone calls and the physical address does not seem to be real. They claim to advertise some clients but those clients are not even with them. They owe me money and I could never get it from them. Don't even think for a second these A-holes are worth your time. You will never see a dime from them and their system is designed for them not to pay you. Plus their affiliate links appear to be fairly invasive and difficult to delete without a lot of work.

I am a newbie in the Clickxchange affiliate network and have reports showing that I've made $72 in commissions spanning back in April through July of this year, however, all of the sales (over 10) are still listed as Pending and my balance only shows $3.98. I have a feeling I might be the victim of fraud here. I've emailed Clickxchange support twice to ask about what's going on, and they have not responded. Does anyone have any suggestions or explanations as to what's going on.

Clickxchange is a relatively large affiliate network (around 250 programs) that offer programs on a pay per sale/lead, pay per impression, and pay per click basis. The setup of the site is a little tough to navigate but easy enough once you get the hang of it. The programs they offer tend to be from smaller scale companies although they do handle a few larger accounts. Their reporting system is pretty standard with no real bells and whistles...the plus to this being that it is easy to generate reports. There is no minimum payout but if your withdrawal is less than $50 they charge a $2 service fee. One nice feature of the network is that they offer an ad rotator which can come in quite handy. They pretty much accept all sites that apply to join. I would recommend this network mainly for new sites or sites that are geared towards a very specific niche and are looking for a very specific type of advertiser.

Clickxchange has by far the rudest customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I had an issue with plugging in the end of sale code in my shopping cart. I use Miva witch is a very widely used cart and could not get it to work. After over a year of trying to rectify this problem, I called to follow up with the director of ClickXchange, Bill Mansfield, he proceed to yell at me and let me know him helping me at all was above and beyond the call of duty. He told me that I could not afford him and was just completely rude. Had he spent a moment listening to what I was saying he might have realized that money was not the issue. Customer service is! I would never reccommend ClickXchange to anyone and would pay twice as much to use a different service!

this is a great network that has the potential to contribute significant revenue to any website if properly utilized. While the interface could use an improvement, the programs themselves are top-notch.

Has payment option via both check and Paypal. Has a good payment system with no minimum threshold, meaning you may withdraw your earnings at any time. A $2 processing fee is applied if you withdraw when your total earning is less than 50, but this is better than other affiliate programs in which they don't pay you until you've accumulated their required minimum earning amount.

I'm an advertiser on ClickxChange and i would say most of the affiliates in there are using it to commit fraud. once the affiliate gets paid the orders they send the advertisers ends up becoming a charge back. I read somewhere that this is a good place for newcombers to start but it's just the opposite. Newbies will be the ones that will be taken advantage of the most.
