They provide attentive account handling, with a refreshing cut-to-the-chase manner. This is because they hire emotionally and rationally intelligent people to work for them that can really get under the skin of your organisation and so search out the people that you need, and who will fit in. They always consider the attitude as well as the aptitude.

The pay is good (if you fight for it). The opportunities to learn new technology while working onsite at Microsoft are good. Sicko quality heathcare. Aquent is a marketing talent/employment agency with two locations in the city (downtown and up north on west Bryn Mawr). They place creative talent (advertising, graphics, web, etc.). Their weekly direct deposit is great. My five stars are for their professionalism in general, and more specifically, for my agent/recruiter, Dove.

I've been a with Aquent for 10 years now, and they always find me interesting work within days. The recruiters do a great job of matching your skill set with relevant jobs. They have lots of jobs to choose from and help you find jobs that further advance your skills. The benefits are great. Their main employer is Microsoft, although they have found me work at other companies. Also, because they offer such a large benefit package, they take a lot off the top of your salary. Other agencies offer payroll services and little else and you make more. But I prefer the benefits because they cover both me and my partner.
