Scriptlance is not a scam actually. They dont have an arbitration process thats the biggest problem here. But so far no one has cheated me. I have around 50 ratings now. The hardest part is the bids are visible to everyone on most of the bids and the prices are very low. I cannot survive. I dont know how people can get so cheap like that. My Experience is - If a buyer is looking for the low price he is not a good buyer. Buyer who chooses the average bid is the best buyer as I know. Ive done the ID verification too and its not a scam.

As a provider with no rating, you will go hungry if you depend on scriptlance. Competition too high. I have hired workers three times. Overall i am unhappy with all of them. One of them disappeared and increased the rate for himself. On top of that, he submitted the work rate. earlier this year, my account was suspend after depositing money. Overall, i scriptlance is not for me

As a freelancer I have completed over 100 projects on scriptlance. It can be a good site most of the time but you must be very careful because there is no protection from fraudulent buyers at all and I have been burned a couple times. The escrow system is not a real escrow system and there is no arbitration process at all, if the buyer doesn't want to pay you then you have no recourse at all. I continue to work on SL but won't take projects from buyers with less than 10 reviews and a rating of less than 10 stars.

Scriptlance gave me the most terrible experience in my life !!! I've been working 24/7 on that site for 3-4 months and when i asked to withdraw my $2400 they denied the withdrawal and suspended my account for no reason at all !!! I've contacted them 13 times so far and still didn't get a single response from them .. i don't even know what should i do, atleast buyers are protected as they can get their cash back ... but iam a freelancer and all my cash i earned over the past months is with them and i cant complain to anybody ... trust me, STAY AWAY from those thieves !!

Rene Trescasesand Scriptlance, and R3N3 are scam artist. They stole $600 from me.

I made a request to withdraw all my cash,Only to find my account suspended and when i asked scriptlance what was going on the said they had recived a complaint from the client and had suspended my account until they done investigation.I contacted both clients that i done jobs and they both said they had not complained and were happy with my service. Now scriptlance dont bother answering my tickets and have banned my ip from the site and the forum.

I am working on scriptlance form last 5 moths i had a great experience with this site but only one problem face about scriptlance is there are so many buyers who are getting complete the work than opening the cancellation case against programmer and for those buyer scriptlance is not taking any action simply the gone away i have provided proof to scriptlance but they was unable to get payment from buyer for my work

In this short period of time, I have nothing but good things to say about this Scriptlance freelance site and the company staff. I actually have 2 accounts on the site ( a Webmaster and Freelancer account ) and I have never had any problems on both sides.The rules are very simple and as long as you follow them, everything should be sweet. My support tickets always get answered and the staff are very polite and fair.

Avoid this website, unethical and a bunch of robbers. I have 70.00 dollars in escrow with them and they refuse to return the money. Their tactics is easy to see, they will refuse to respond to your emails and you can not get in touch with anybody. I am actually going to complain to Visa and the RCMP about this web site. A bunch of dishonest people.

It is really strange for me to read critical comments. I like ScriptLance, I have been doing a lot of work here for two years, and I know Sanjay as well. SL support team works extremely professionally. To all new developers: avoid violations and you will not be banned.

This website ended up saving me lots of time looking for a qualified programmer for my project. The service ScriptLance offers isnt without its flaws, but for a webmaster on a budget, it really worked out for me.

After depositing money, SL suspends my account and wants me to send in a scanned document of my personal data-ID and voice identification. They delayed the process until more than 14 days so I caouldn;t ask for a chargeback. After all the hard work they never release suspension and kept all my money which is meant to pay for a project and NEVER respond to my fantic tickets asking for reasons. I am very angry and hope that anyone can show us-victims;s of SL's fraud and theft how to get those crooks sanjay, rene and neeraj to the proper authorites.

Scriptlance has a good system, lots of projects, easy-to-use interface, everything is good except their staff/owner. I worked as a freelance programmer on Scriptlance for several months and earn a lot of money. But they don't allow me to withdraw my money, for no reason. I tried to ask them but they never give me a reason for that. I have seen the bad reviews for them here before, but I didn't believe it. Now the unlucky one is me who is stolen over 3000$ by Scriptlance.

Freelancers Beware, Scriptlance rejects payments from legitimate buyers. If you are a freelancer and want to work stay away from Scriptlance. They apparently want blood or a DNA sample from a buyer before they will accept payments.

I've been working on ScriptLance for years now. It's easy, convenient, effective and safe. I tried to use other sites such as Get-A-Freelancer and Rent-A-Coder, but they are ALL so ugly, so unintuitive, I wonder how they are even running still. The only other site that comes close to ScriptLance in terms of quality is Elance, but that's just scary. So, I think ScriptLance wins!

I was scammed by scriptlance. The programmer that scammed me was Nilesh from VSWORX. I paid 50% of the project through PayPal and no work was ever received. VSWORX is a certified programmer on ScriptLance. I contacted the Scriptlance customer care rep (Sanjay) and he didn't do anything about the problem, just ignored the incident. He didn't even remove the Programmer from the list of certified programmers. Don't trust any programmer on ScriptLance. If you make payments through PayPal, make sure that you pay using credit card so that you can recall your payment through your bank if neccessary.

scriptlance is certainly better than RAC, GAF and many others. They do suspend the accounts, but due to valid reasons, and rarely due to invalid reasons as well. Except that, very good interface, operates quickly, lets you find the buyers easily. And recently added a lot of good features.

My client paid me over $500 in my account out of $700. After couple of days of withdraw i found that the project has been cancelled and $500 transaction reversed back. I have been given email that project has been cancelled.. and on the other hand client has been informed that $500 has been paid to programmer and rest of the money has been refund to client account.

I had two accounts with Scriptlance. All the projects I was interested in had people bidding stupidly low amounts like $5 for 20 500 word articles or something silly. I complained and they said they didn't allow that but of course they obviously do. Then, without warning my account was suspended. I asked why, they refused to answer me and in the end told to never use scriptlance again and banned my IP address. I still to this day do not know why my accounts were banned and they still have $5 of mine in my account! Avoid Scriptlance if you want to be paid a decent amount for a job!

I over looked all the bad complaints and thought I done well by getting a programmer. Then I had scriptlance to suspend my account, keeping the money which I had in escrow, the money which I was suppose to use for the programmer. Take it from someone who has experienced this ripoff first hand, Stay far away from Scriptlance! - I notice some people go months without getting ripped off but then again, I got ripped off first time!

I contacted an installer and started a project. I transferred $75 to my account using Paypal and was then made to jump through hoops to get the transaction "verified". This they couldnt do for one reasons known nly to themselves and they eventually refunded me which I suppose I have to be grateful for. But its the time we have wasted that irritates me. They also hold plus minus $160 I deposited in a previous account which I forgot about. I queried it and they had zero interest in helping me recover it. They are morons. I will never do business with them again.

They are thieves. they have stealed my US$584, that i earned with a great difficulty, with a great efforts and time..when i have US$584 in my account, then i made a withdrawal request and in the response scriptlance suspended my account the username of my account is nadiralishah and they stealed my whole money..i requested them alot, but they never heared, they won't response... they dont want to understand that i trusted them to access my livelihood, but they cheated me.

scriptlance is very reasonable, I'm maysam and in regard to David_1cog's comment, I should say he was rather a very difficult person, the work was almost finished, but he was so impatient and killed all my interest in his project. I was very enthusiastic at the beginning, but then his attitude was very bad.
