)I have informed everyone in our department to block emails from @employment911.com. We were blasted today and we do not have time answer these eamils and the one's we received had nothing to do with our line of business. You have heard of War profiteer, this is a jobless Profiteer company. Shame on the people that work for Employment 911, they will be stuck with low life jobs their whole lives.
↑ Back to topAll the reviews either say SCAM, or 5 stars... a pretty clear sign it is a SCAM with employees posting bs reviews.
↑ Back to topSCAM. This place scrapes the web for e-mail addresses, and then just mass e-mails random resumes that have nothing to do with the positions available.
As a recruiter, we blacklist anyone using this service.
Name: Sam L.
I used that service to get my resume written for a government SES position and was very impressed with the result. I would recommend this service to anybody wanting to apply to a Federal job.
↑ Back to topAs a recruiter I am completely disturbed by Employment 911. They have my name and email address posted without my permission. They also give my information out to candidate that do not work in the industries I recruiter. This is a total and complete scam.
↑ Back to topIts obvious the people that are giving this company 5 stars are working for the establishment. It's simply terrible and hope this place shuts it services down.
↑ Back to topEven when you specifically ask the sales person over the phone what the disclosures are for the 100% money back guarantee, they tell you there are none. You'll find out after you pay that there are and they won't give you your money back! This is definitely a SCAM!!!!

I am pretty shocked to read these reviews. I noticed that when people write back reviews they are afraid to post their own name. I find that interesting. Yet the positive reviews all have real names posted.
I used this service for my husband. He was coming out of construction and getting into law enforcement. Although he had no experience in law enforcement the writer did an amazing job transferring his skills so they seemed applicable. I can't say enough good things about the resume the writer created. We could have NEVER done this on our own.
I would recommend this company and I would take the negative comments with a grain of salt. Anyone who cannot post their real name has some issues.

After having written my own resume and not getting much interviews, I gave Employment 911 a shot and asked them to rewrite my resume. I must admit I was pretty impressed by the resume they delivered and it worked since I ended up getting a job less than 2 months later.

I used their service to get a Federal resume and ksa statements written and ended up getting an interview, even though it was a very competitive position. They were pretty professional with me and I do not have any complaint about this service.
↑ Back to topContinue to SPAM mail invoice, and they make it impossible to remove from the mailing list.
Invoice look but really Solititation by mail. Computer screws up because of the ADware/Spyware add ons
AVOID Them completely Looks like you owe them $474.24, but paying locks you in. Never pay them anything, and cancel any card used with them. That will fix it.
Lets just say this... I had to call my Credit card company to get my money back! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE>>>>>! Your better off hiring a drug addict to do your resume. You may have a better chance. I'm trying to find the head guy who owns this company because if he knew how the kids were treating there customers he will restructure his company....! PLEASE PEOPLE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY....!

I actually got my resume done through employment 911.com. I was referred by another professional that had their resume done and both of us happy with results. I have no complaints and I did get interviews and offers. Current position used my employment 911 resume and its actually 4 years old.
↑ Back to topEmployment911.com rearranged my draft (which I had put together per a WSJ article advice), and produced a resume that netted me zero interviews. This despite advanced degrees from one of the best engineering schools in the country. When I asked for a refund ('we guarantee results'), I was told that a refund could only be offered if requested in a specific time window, e.g. from 8 to 10 weeks after their revision is sent to you. Thus, no refund, and no results. I only paid $175, but it was a total waste.
↑ Back to topSince you ordered your package online I can ASSURE you you were not told after 90 days you would get a refund. NEVER EVER TAKE SERVICE FROM THEM.THEY WILL NOT DO MUCH TO YOUR RESUME.

This site looks and feels like many of those that were thrown together to capitalize on the emergence of the dotcom business model. First clue? The site structure is seriously antiquated with outdated code and a cheap, 90's design look. Second clue? Weak to non-existent job search results. I was surprised to see some fairly recent comments here; I hadn't visited employment911.com in months and honestly thought it was abandoned. Want more evidence that it's a joke? Take a look at "happycustomer's" reviews: an obvious attempt to pad their ratings. Lame.
↑ Back to topThey couldn't post my resume on a telephone pole. I had to request my money back.
↑ Back to topCustomer services is horrible, many phone number in which you dont get any response. It is a cheap service, therefore, you get what you paid for. Writer have very limited writing skills and dont follow your recommendations, I recived a poor service and I am in the process for requesting money back. Don't make business with this inconpentent company
↑ Back to topThe company I work for has never posted a job with this site and we are receiving resumes for jobs we never have posted or opened. If you are considering signing up for this service they are liars and cheats who need to be turned over to the FTC and District Attorneys office in each state they operate in.
↑ Back to topThe site itself isn't very pretty. And then you find its just a link to other career websites, like hotjobs, monster.com, etc.
↑ Back to topThe first red flag should have been the realy low prices. Would you want a writing professional who gets a percentage of $114? They pay their affiliates 12.5% to 25% (according to the site). Second red flag should have been the adware pop ups!!
↑ Back to topThe site is a scam. They do take your own resume and just copy it into a new format. Refuse to refund and will send your personal info to other business without your agreement to it. My email address and phone number has been posted on multiple sites and they singed up for things under my name again without my approval.
↑ Back to topThis website has more adware than jobs. It infects your computer with the Gater Adware that requires a search and destory to remove. Stay away from it.
↑ Back to topCheap people-bad experience-Never hire them I got my resume updated fixed from them. They charged me $200/-lot of money and what they did was subsituted stronger words in my resume.I took the srvice because they told me if i don't get job interview they will return my money back hassel free When i asked for money back the quality control officer said -: Since you ordered your package online I can ASSURE you you were not told after 90 days you would get a refund. NEVER EVER TAKE SERVICE FROM THEM.THEY WILL NOT DO MUCH TO YOUR RESUME.

This company is NOT a scam. I got a 90% interview ratio to position I applied for. The people I worked with were all very professional and they assisted me through the whole process. I received my resume and other documents very quick. I had 4 job offers on the table the first day I sent my new resume out. All of which were a pay bump from my current position. I really appreciate all the hard work and the caring nature of this comapany for changing my life for the better.
↑ Back to topThere are a scam, they stolen money from me. do not by any of there service. I have bought resume writting from them there charge extra after i sign up then they just copy pate stuff in new format..
↑ Back to topIt is a terrible websitef or many reasons. The website should inform the user of more quality jobs.

Steer VERY clear of this company. Absolutely horrible quality and customer service. It took them 3 weeks and 3 drafts to get my name spelled correctly and an accurate description of the position I was seeking (although I had given it to them!)I paid $357 for the 'executive IT package'. They promised that I would be assigned a professional IT resume writer, but I was assigned a religion major who had no clue how to structure an IT resume or translate my resume into accurate phrasing. This was a total ripoff. They won't refund your money until your resume has been posted for 90 days, so if the resume is unacceptable for posting, you are without recourse.
