Easy to use interface, Pulls job postings from all websites, Minimal advertising. Sometimes unreliable results, inconvenient. I was never really that impressed with indeed.com. They provide job postings, but I've never gotten any emails from any jobs I've applied at indeed. They send you emails for local jobs which is nice, but you have to either scroll to the bottom of the email or go to the website to view the listings which is not very convenient.

The search site for job search sites. It's made my job search go much more smoothly - gives me much more time to pound my head against the table in frustration.

Saves you time crawling the net to find job advertisements on various sites and put them together all on this site for you to explore. Great resource.

Easy to use interface, Pulls job postings from all websites. This website makes searching for jobs so much easier. All you have to do is put in your zip code, and an optional search term. Then hundreds of jobs pop up, all with dates of when recently posted.

Pulls job postings from all websites, Easy to use interface, Minimal advertising. Sometimes unreliable results. The idea behind Indeed.com is simple -- "One Search. All jobs." This tool allows you to plug in a quick search for, say, all Staff Accountant positions in Chicago, IL. The search engine then pulls all postings from all of the mainstream job boards (CareerBuilder, Monster, HotJobs, etc.) as well as some of the less popular sites. The only negatives...sometimes the search results can be a bit spotty, e.g., duplicate listings, curious ommissions, etc. and the option "Exclude Staffing Agencies" doesn't work that well.

When looking for a job a great site to check with is indeed.com. You can choose your occupation and zipcode.  And you can also get new additions emailed to you daily.  This site searches out jobs on other sites and delivers them to you. It takes the hard work out of searching for a job.
