My question is, why do they want $38.00 up front, and has anyone ever been refunded and recieved the $50.00 promised for not finding a job in 30 days?

I love Nationjob. I always talk to my cs rep,or they get back to me quickly. They post my jobs quickly. I don't have to make changes in the way I hire or receive resumes they send them to my site to apply. They promote locally and via social media sites for me.

I would definitely recommend using one of the larger job sites. Unless you plan on only doing one search, make sure it will save your information for you.

Nation Job is a pretty decent web service for finding jobs. I would like it more if it included a way to send your resume with the click of the mouse (similar to monster.com, and a few others). Another thing that bothers me is the fact that none of the jobs disclose the salary amount. They all say "salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience". You have to send your resume, or contact the employer directly, to find out what the salary level will be.

not much reason to look here when there are so many other excellent sites out there.

In short, Nation Job is a bit cheesy with its western theme, but some might find that refreshing in this ever-increasing technical age. Nation Job is a reliable, easy to use service for job search and information gathering.

Net-Temps is exlusive to the staffing industry. Everyone I spoke with prefers to be contacted by direct employers and not by the middle person. Concept seems a little strange.

Not exactly what I was looking for, but a good resource

Nationjob is the only internet recruitment web site in existence to be selected as a top site by Weddle's, CareerXroads, and the World Privacy Forum! So why not post your jobs on a site that is one of the largest plus also offers the advantage of niche specialty sites as well?
