I can now recommend 5/3 to friends, family and neighbors. They seemed to have made a real effort to improve, and their rates and conveniences are very competitive.

A bank that has taken over local banks and took $30 from my account to reward me for being their customer. Good lending experience, customer service needs work.

For me, Fifth Third has been quite acceptable. Their overdraft policy needs work though, they should have consulted me when writing that policy.
