I HATE THIS BANK!!!  My account never matches up with the balance and I end up getting charged $37.50 on a charge of a dollar or 2.  Their accounting makes no sense.  I hate this bank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't expect good customer service & take out insurance on your ID before presenting it to the teller!

I've been a customer for 10 years and love their customer service.  They could have more ATM locations, but that isn't that big of a drawback to me personally.
