just had a bad experience with your customer service people , one of your supervisors was extremly rude, will be contacting corporate office and discuss this mattter will NEVER do business with Key Bank again

nice people: all the employees are friendly,helpful and eager to please. I always enjoy the interesting decorations displayed for the various holidays. This is a fun place to do business! The coffee is good too.

This is a business not a charity. Be accountable for your finances. Seems as though most of these other responses are careless in their money managing. 47.25 to call the 800 number is incorrect. This bank charges .75 for more than 8 calls to the 800 number in a month. But does offer free online banking. By law the bank discloses at account opening all possible fees that can be charged to an account. Also disclosed is a funds availabilty disclosure. Perhaps some should accept responsibilty for their own errors rather than placing the blame on the others.

Although the Bank claims that it operates in 13 states, there seems to be no connection among them. When I moved from Washington to Michigan, the Bank messed up my accounts and direct pays, and cost me a great deal of late fees and headaches.

Horrible customer service. Just like itsmymoney said I ran into the same problem they did. Key bank charged me $300 in overdraft fees and then they charge you 47.25 a month if you call 800 number to check your balance more then 8 times a month. WHich I did trying to figure out where my money had gone. Needless to say my account is CLOSED with them. They were rude and had no explaination.

Cleveland KeyBank sucks. Opening a new account at this bank was one of the most harrowing experiences I have ever had.

The customer service is amazing. When I walk into my local branch they know me by name and are always helpful. I have never experienced anything I didnt appreciate about this bank.

after a direct deposit error made on my account, it was overdrawn by close to $250 and when i called numerous times to keybank, as well as the branch that i opened my account with not even a supervisor was williing to help me with my problem, key bank's mess up cost me over $200 if you are looking for a bank that is willing to meet you at a middle road and come to a solution to please both you and the bank i would strongly reccomend staying as far from this bank as you possibly can.
