Overdraft fees are outrageous, as are the ATM fees. Steer clear. There are much better banks in town. Customer service is very rude, unwilling to listen, and will never admit if/when they make a mistake. I took my business elsewhere.

Through their advice and commitment to providing me the best possible service, I have been guided through the whole process with as little heartache as possible. PNC have really done a great job and I would advice anyone looking for a mortgage to go to PNC bank

The first time I stepped into this bank, it was 20 mintues since opening and of the three people ahead of me only one had been seen. It sppears they only had one representative to assist those of us that signed in for services. I went to another branch of PNC and there I waited about a half an hour before someone assisted me and all I wanted to do was open a bank account. As I was talking to the rep about the account, he discussed some of the fees which in my opinion are high and outrageous. He calims their fees are low for this geographic area. He wasn't very professional and I would not trust this bank with my life savings. Unless you pay for one of their high/expensive chking accounts, you are only allowed to use $1,000 of YOUR money per day for visa/debit transactions using your visa/debit card. I could go on and on, but the fact remains that the service is crappy and I don't recommend you go here unless you have to.

If you want a physical branch bank, this one may be the right one for you. I recommend it over all other banks.

I'd recommend the bank if you have enough money that you can keep in there to waive their fees and you can be aggressive to get what you want.

its the best service I have ever received from a bank and I have never went that low on my bank account it is not pnc banks fault if you can not manage your own funds. It is also in their service agreement that there will be an overdraft fee if you take money out that you dont have. But besides all of this it is the best place to go to for credit,savings or checking. I highly recommend this one especially GREAT customer service.
