Pros State Street is a very large bank that operates in many countries with many organizational units that allow you to transfer into. The bank is well capitalized and run very well. Cons Working for a private company that was recently bought by the bank meant a lot of changes that were nuisances (in order to get in line with bank standards at the time) and communication from top down was next to nothing because the private company was of such satellite importance to the bank as a whole.
