Wachovia is terrible!!! I have been charged several times for overdraft fees in the past by Wachovia for ridiculout reasons. This last overdraft is a new low that they have stooped to. I was recently charged and overdraft fee of $35 twice for one withdrawal from my account. They said that there are different types of overdrafts, and that this one withdrawal fell into two of the types of overdrafts, so they had to charge me two $35 fees

Wachovia sucks....I have gone to a credit union. Much better. Wachovia charged me over $2500 in over draft fees. Even when the money was direct deposited.

DONT TRUST OR WORK WITH WACHOVIA, VERY DISREPUTABLE AND INTIMIDATING. The system glitched or something because the automatic payment was no longer set up and so I missed 1 month payment I re-set it up and the first payment to go out was to be a double. I get a call threatened that if the payments were not recevied RIGHT NOW they were going to take my car and I will have a hard time getting it back and it will cost alot more.

I would not recommend dealing with this bank to anyone. Its employees, especially "customer service", are incredibly incompetent, rude and dishonest. It is impossible to resolve any issue with them. It seems as if they hate their customers and definitely do not need them!

Telephone representatives are incredibly rude and do not know their own policies. They have been very insulting. arrogant, rude, and outwardly hostile and have accessed account informat that they had no permission to access. I've never spoke with anyone that was actually helpful. Don't try emailing as the rep that reads the email will not read your email past the 3rd sentence. No matter what you ask in your email and what you request, you'll never obtain a response to the full ontent of your email.

Well I had my car repossed two days AFTER I made my payment. I moneygramed them a payment the day it was due. I cant believe that they have the nerve to do this to people when the economy is the way it is. I tried to get my car back, but they wanted the full loan payed off. Are they serious? Who has $13,000 to pay them off? I would not even give them a rating, that is how good of a bank they are!
