I am so pleased to have switched to Washington Mutual from Bank of America. The customer service here is good, though sometimes the wait is really long. The parking lot is one way.

This bank has proven to be a good one for home loans, but I should caution that the services are not offered in all locations.

We have had multiple personal and business accounts with WAMU over the past few years and have been very happy with our service. We made a point to get to know the staff, and they have made things very smooth and easy for us. We have to move to another state and are very sad that WAMU isn't there yet.

They serve the Customer only if they can make money easily

Washington Mutual Bank is totally free of hassles and problems! It is fully insured by the FDIC, and it is the only bank you'll ever need.

Washington Mutual has always taken care of me. There convenient, helpful, and always seem to make sure I'm taken care of. They never charge me with little fees, and provide the services I like, such as online banking, free atm use, many convenient atm locations, and of course, a smile when I walk in the door.

Look, the only reason I signed up with the wamus was that they promised no hidden fees. So why did I spend every month trying to figure out where my money had gone?

It was a great company that cared equally about its employees and customers. There was very little hierarchical levels as the company was very straight lined. A manager could provide feedback to the executive management with ease and the company blog allowed employees to speak freely about the company and how to improve it.
