Not so happy with the savings account. To have a free savings account you have to have 300 hundred dollars or more, otherwides they will take almost 4 dollars from your checking account.

Wells Fargo hits you with unexpected fees every time you turn around. If you're careful to avoid fees, they will restructure their banking to force you to pay fees. WF is the WORST bank I have ever used!

Wells Fargo has a culture of internally focused, 'who cares about the customer' zombies who really don't want to be there working for them. They doubled the interst rate on my credit card recently.

This organization is full of morons. They call you and then ask for your loan number. First this is risky to give out second I do not carry t with me. I return the call after verifying the number they pull me up but cant find one of the needed accts. They transfer me to another division to find it. I get an automated voice telling me I need to enter an account number to speak with some one.

Beware of Wells Fargo at all costs, they seem great to work with in the beginning, but they turn on you in a heartbeat and don't want to work with you for anything. One of the worst banks I've ever had to deal with for anything! If I could give them negative stars for their service, I would give them a -1000!!!

Worst Bank of all, are takiers, not givers., poor business practice, Horrible customer service, High Fees, Hidden Charges, too big- never talk to the same person, untrained bankers. The worst customer service on the planet.

Pros this is a conservative well run organization. Cons Extremely micromanaged!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no matter how good you perform, managers dont know their job so they spend too much time bothering the employees.
