The customer service is good and responsive. My favorite feature is the online chat customer service. You can also setup bill pay through mvelopes and recieve 15 free transactions a month.

Customer Service via IM is not customer service. A person was scheduled to call at a specific time and never did. Very difficult to get help. Don't buy product.

It has been an eyeopener and it is helping us get out of debt. They may still have the 30day free trial going on its totally worth getting I recommend getting the 2 year plan as you save the most!!

I have used Mvelopes for nearly 3 years and it has changed my life. I have never felt so in control of my finances, specifically my cashflow. I would highly recommend giving this try!

Worked so well I placed my business ( a multiphysician office) on the mvelopes business system and gave quicken the boot. Have found the tech support easily availble ( no wait times ) comptetent and helpful. Over the last 2 years they have continued to fine tune and improve their product.

Mvelopes Personal has put me in a better financial position than I was a year ago. I've had few technical issuses but have found their tech support team to be very knowledgable and helpful each time I have contacted them!
